Now that I really look at how you have the tab written, either I need glasses, or it needs a few corrections.

I always play this one with capo III using A and G instead of F and G. Also, when you move from A to G, you can play a quick D chord in there. I think on the transition there is another D chord(or another chord, I can't remember).
