Judging by the live version Ive seen this should be in DGDgbd. Its definitely possible to play this in standard but its pretty tough. so its basically take all the notes you have written for the strings that have changed and make them work a just a whole step lower/higher on the fret board. Actually the link you have listed is the version i was looking at. Notice at 4:55 in the video his finger positions in comparison.
this is a great tab! esp considering its not in original tuning.
