Leave the capo off of the low E string. Sounds really nice.

Actually, in the live video of Johnny Flynn performing this song he capos all 6 strings and drops the low E string a whole step.(Drop D tuning). But I like the 5 string capo strategy where the G(A)chord keeps it's traditional fingering.
