IMHO, the A should be A7 and the D turnaround should be D7...No??? Thanks for the tab.

Any tips on singing the yodel part? (I suck at switching from chest to head voice quickly and repeatedly like that)

This is what works for me, as a rookie on acoustic:
Play the G like an F chord on the 3rd fret. That way you can do a bit of a walkup to the G.
You can also walkup to the B7 the same way.
On the last chorus, when the key goes up a half step:
play the G and B7 with the same fingering, just one fret higher
the E becomes an ordinary F chord
the A becomes an A# or Bb
move the D chord up a half fret (you can only play 3 strings)
... or you can just stop playing and move the capo ;)
