Resident Evil 3 - Mysterious Orgel Theme - Mysterious Piano Theme Tab

Hey :)
This is my first tab, and I am fairly certain this is correct.
However, should this not be the case, I apologize and welcome corrections :)
 
This is played in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis as part of a puzzle.
I watched my brother play the game a great deal of years ago, and this one
tune just stuck with me for some reason.
So some time after I started to play the guitar, I wanted to find it and learn
to play it, but I was unable to find it. So I tabbed it out.

Edit: So, 6 years later cj.619cko seems to think that this is "not worth checking because it's not worth
