While listening to the album version of this song it sounds like its in the Key of B flat With a Key change beautifully worked in there. While one was listening, one was picking this out by ear so it might be slightly different from what is actually being played. One played along with it a few times though, and it seems like this is pretty close. One didn't put each and every note but if one listens to how its being played/sung in the original album version, one should be able to pick up the rhythm and tempo for the transitions between chords.
