This is a transposition of the version from the Muppets to G. I play this on ukulele, but this should be easy enough on guitar. The movie version starts in A and modulates to Bb after the bridge. If you want to modulate to Ab, the D7#5 can become an Eb. The intro is simple enough to figure out if you've heard it (fingerpicked G and C chords). Otherwise you can just strum G and C for a couple of measures. I haven't seen anyone using Gmaj7 on every other line of the verses, but that's what it sounds like to me. You can replace it with G. You can also replace a lot of Am7 with Am without much difference. The strumming pattern needs a slight swing.Was this info helpful?
