We have an official Reckoner tab made by UG professional guitarists.
Check out the tab
This tab shows solely Thom Yorke's parts. He strums the strings with his fingers in a very light manner, which
sounds almost like fingerpicking. He avoids the high E string throughout the song.

The chords marked with a * mean that Thom uses his thumb on the low E string.

The main sequence of chords (intro and verses) includes short licks that are played randomly throughout the
song. They are marked with parenthesis ().

Finally (although it's been two years) someone tabbed the correct bridge chord voicings! I wasn't able to figure it out just by looking Thom's fingers. Absolutely great tab! I'm not too sure about Cmaj9 and the first chords of the bridge. I like to open the bridge as if I was playing G#minor and G major with the two first strings open (466400 and 355400), just like Warren does. For the Cmaj9, I like the tension that it brings but i'm quite sure that Thom plays a Cmaj7 before B(#9) (or D#mmaj7(#5)). However, I think he plays Cmaj9 before Asus2. Anyway, that's a great tab, thank you so much.

Really great tab!! During the Asus2 in the bridge, I was surprised to see the A on the low-E string, instead of the open string. But the FTB footage shows that exact fingering, amazing work! https://youtu.be/i9rN9eY2hRc?t=188
