I think it should be: E|:-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0h10-0h10-|-0-0-0-0-0-0-0h10 for the intro, so an extra low E hammered on the the D, rather than pull-offs as you've tabbed originally. Thoughts people? Other than that, excellent work!
