that it does sound as if paul is using a capo somewhere on the neck.

in this he has a capo on 4. then uses what looks like G, Cadd9, and D. for his chords.

Dunno why so many tab this in F- its in B major (like a lot of BOTW) on the record. You can play use these chords tuned down-or just play in A (sounds best) capo 2 or G (capo 4).
