During the duel guitar ‘soloing’ you simply hit the B string along the bass drum hits
like the intro
 
The bass doesn't play anything for a while until Joey hits the china then you follow
the rhythm Mick(?) plays after the ‘soloing’.
Be sure to mute the notes after playing for a tight sound.
 
Play the pull-off after the 1 and then re-pick the string but immediately mute the
string after it, turning the 1p0—0 almost into a triplet.
