From what I understand this song is played with a capo on the first fret, and the chords look more like A: x00230 C: x3x230 G: 3x0230 A#5: 688xxx (instead of Fm) A5: 577xxx (instead of Em)

I think it's B and A#m instead of F#m and Fm
