I think you can figure out the rest now. you just move this pattern up the fret board at
point I think and then you can figure
 out some of the easier bits of the song yourself. This intro/main riff of the song is
played by a bass or with an octave lowering pedal.

My tab, and sorry, those last two 12's on the D string are supposed to be 14's. my bad

to me it sounds better playing the 5th of e and c# instead of the octave
