Closest one on here, but I don't think you need to play the 3rd fret on the B and high E strings simultaneously. I think just playing the high E string in those instances works, and is a lot less fumbly.

agreed -- the B string 3rd fret doesn't add much and is really clumsy. stick to just the high E.

Really really solid. This song has two guitars, and I don't think you're going get any closer than this if you're tabbing it out on one guitar. Nice work.
