This is a breakdown of the acoustic version on "Welcome Back Colour." The full-band version is basically the
same except the capo is on 4.

Standard Tuning. Capo 3. You play the song as if it was in G but the actual key is Bb.

Generally the verses are fingerpicked, and the choruses are strummed.

Dadd4 is what I'm calling C chord slid up two frets. When she fingerpicks this, she doesn't hit the high e
string until the very end.

B|--3-----|
G|--0-----|
D|--4-----|
A|--5-----|
E|--------|

In general the verses are fingerpicked and the choruses strummed. It's a basic travis-picking pattern.

E|---3--3----3--3----3----3---3--3----3--3---3--3----3----3---3----|

(This looks complicated by it's just holding a G-chord and walking down and up the b-string every two bars)

[Verse 1]

 C G/B G Am Em
Welcome home, I'm amazed you came around

A rebel girl who ran off to join a band

[Verse 2]

 C G/B G Am Em
Welcome back, I'm surprised you look the same

That all the good ones disappeared
         C G Dadd4
Leaving only an idea of what good is good for

[Chorus]
