I don't know about that Fadd9/A, doesn't sound right to me with the notes you wrote.
Other than that, fantastic transcription! 100% true to the live performance he had in amsterdam. A better explanation of the picking pattern would be nice - from a different video on youtube they explained it as bass-4-5-6-5-4-bass-4-(repeat), which is similar to what you described with playing the bass twice (except the youtube video i watched said to play the 2nd lowest note inbetween too). 5/5
