Listening to it, I would think he's tuned down a half step but I've tabbed it in the actual key.
Change the key up one to play it in G tuned down, or capo it wherever you want with the change key function.
Rather than tuning down, I would suggest to capo at the 2nd fret and play in E. This way you wouldn't
have to tune down and E is certainly  cozier spot on the guitar than F#.

Great job. I transpose -4 and play in D.

standard turning, put a capo on 3rd, and play the song in G which means play A E A B shape chords OR tune down 1/2 put capo on 2nd and play A E A B (its the same thing but i prefer this way) Great JOB!
