I think that the first E in the chorus should be a C#m.

In the 3rd line of the bridge, the C#m should be F#m. Also, the 4th line of the bridge should be Bm E A E.
Personally I think the C#m in the verses is a C#m7, but that's a pretty small difference and can be played according to taste.
Agree with Bob_Dylan94 about the C#m, but it should be in both lines of the chorus, not just the first.
