Swap out the E with Em and you are on the money.

I think it's a Cmaj9/B, also called a Cmaj9, or even C/B a long winded name for simply playing X 2 0 0 1 0. Also sometimes called a step down, as it's a note played when you are stepping down from a C chord to an Am chord. Fantastic tab, deff FIVE STARS
