Watching Nesmith play this many times on Youtube he always plays an A minor not a C during the verses. There is a C in there. Also on the chorus a simple A7 works well. There's another transition chord thrown in toward the end I believe it's B7. I'll try to put up a version if there's a need. This this great for Novice level, mine would be intermediate with bass walk downs etc.
