i think it's actually G D6 (bar second fret) Cmaj7 Cm, b0ss

You can replace C with Em or just add a 7 so it becomes Cmaj7. If you play the piano, you can play the Em then go to a Cm with the fifth in the bass ( G - C - Eb )
